    Andie is a weight neutral registered dietitian passionate about empowering clients to heal their relationship with food and discover how to make eating enjoyable again. 

    Andie graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences, and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. 

    Andie has experience working with pediatrics, adolescents, and adults with disordered eating and eating disorders, and also loves working with athletes and those with athletic interests as a former collegiate athlete herself. 

    Andie values that each individual is unique, and therefore has unique and individualized nutrition needs. She provides nutrition counseling from an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES®) framework
