    Amy Ray

    Owner & Registered Dietitian

    Amy Ray is a Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience, 12 of which have been devoted to outpatient care specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating.

    In 2022, she founded Ray of Hope Nutrition LLC with the goal of providing compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling to individuals across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Amy is passionate about helping clients build a more positive relationship with food while supporting their overall physical and mental well-being.

    Amy takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with therapists, doctors, and fellow dietitians to ensure her clients receive well-rounded, consistent support. She is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

    Outside of her work, Amy loves spending time with her two young daughters — most often cheering them on at t-ball and lacrosse games. She’s also a proud Philadelphia sports fan. Go Birds!

    Andie Stone

    (Currently has daytime and evening availability for new clients)

    Andie is a weight neutral registered dietitian passionate about empowering clients to heal their relationship with food and discover how to make eating enjoyable again.

    Andie graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences, and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.

    Andie has experience working with pediatrics, adolescents, and adults with disordered eating and eating disorders, and also loves working with athletes and those with athletic interests as a former collegiate athlete herself.

    Andie values that each individual is unique, and therefore has unique and individualized nutrition needs. She provides nutrition counseling from an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES®) framework.

    Ashley Dimon MS, RDN

    (Currently has evening and weekend availability for new clients)

    Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University, and Master’s degree in Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth. While at Syracuse, Ashley was a four-year student-athlete on the softball team.

    Ashley has experience working with pregnant, postpartum, pediatric, adolescent, sport nutrition, and adults with disordered eating and eating disorders. Ashley is dedicated to helping clients heal their relationship with food, encouraging a positive relationship with food while helping clients feel their best both physically and mentally
